L’AFIDEP travaille à des actions systémiques qui entraînent un changement culturel d’une faible utilisation des preuves vers un cadre où les preuves sont activement recherchées et utilisées régulièrement dans la prise de décision afin que les bons investissements soient faits pour améliorer la vie des populations.
