She is charged with implementing the portfolio\u2019s <span class=\"x_ContentPasted0\">strategy, including setting up operations and systems to enhance performance and continuous learning, conceptualising projects and coordinating proposal development, and <\/span>cultivating and nurturing strategic partnerships in Africa and globally to optimise the achievement of the Institute\u2019s vision. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><span class=\"x_ContentPasted0\" lang=\"EN-US\">Joyce has <span class=\"x_ContentPasted0\">15 years of experience driving growth in non-profit and private sector organisations through innovative strategic and operational planning and implementation, project and programme management, fundraising and partnership building, capacity strengthening and support, research and monitoring, and evaluation. Previously she served as AFIDEP\u2019s inaugural Partnerships and Resource Mobilisation Officer and Executive Assistant. Before joining AFIDEP, she provided high-level strategic and programmatic support to chief executive officers and directors at the Nairobi Women\u2019s Hospital\/Gender Violence Recovery Centre, the International Transport Workers&rsquo;\u200b Federation (ITF) and Tarakibu Architects.<\/span><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><span class=\"x_ContentPasted0\" lang=\"EN-US\">Joyce is passionate about people, partnerships, justice and equality.
