He will provide leadership to and oversee AFIDEP\u2019s operations, procedures, and support systems, including financial management, human resource management, administration, procurement and ICT.<\/p>\n<p>Wicklife brings on board 15+ years of robust global and local experience in leading, developing and managing the internal financial, human resources, and operations teams to support business planning and strategy delivery.<\/p>\n<p>His key strengths lie in financial planning and management; of which he has vast experience in donor funding assessment and compliance processes, growing the programme portfolio by developing financial\/operational controls, budgets, strategic financial reporting, installation and management of financial databases and financial information systems, among others.<\/p>\n<p>Wicklife has until recently been working for the Global Alliance for A Healthy Society (GAHSO), in the capacity of Director Finance, Operations and Administration.\u00a0 He has previously worked at the Academic Model Providing Access to Healthcare (USAID Partnership) as a Finance and Administration Director, Amref South Sudan as Head of Finance and Commitato Collaborazione Medica as the Country Head of Finance and Administration, to mention but a few.<\/p>\n<p>Wicklife is a holder of a Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration (Accounting) with IT from Maseno University, Kenya. He also holds a Master\u2019s degree in Business Administration from the University of Nairobi, Kenya and is currently pursuing a PhD in Finance at the same University.
