Theresa joins AFIDEP as an Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to the Executive Director and she will be based in the Malawi Office.<\/p>\n
She brings over 15 years of professional work experience in communication, public relations, project management, community engagement, administration and logistics. Theresa also has experience in content development for both digital and physical communication channels including but not limited to web, social media and traditional media.<\/p>\n
Before joining AFIDEP, she was working with International Fund for Animal Welfare (IFAW) as the communications Officer responsible for Malawi and Zambia. Prior to that, she worked with UNESCO as the Communications Officer. She also worked with Dignitas International, Times Media Group, Mail and Guardian and Capital Radio.<\/p>\n
Theresa holds a Master of Arts Degree in Behaviour Change Communication from Malawi University of Business and Applied Sciences (The Polytechnic) and Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication from Share World Open University.<\/p>\n
In her free time, Theresa enjoys travelling.<\/p>\n
