Jennifer joins AFIDEP as a Human Resource Officer.<\/p>\n
A human resource generalist, passionate about staff development, organizational performance and productivity, Jennifer is equipped to help institutions develop and sustain meaningful employment relationships, work structures and management systems for optimal effectiveness. Her keen interest is in human, societal and global development and wellbeing, with particular emphasis on young people and environmental conservation and renewal.<\/p>\n
She brings in over 15 years experience in the HR circles having worked as an independent human resources consultant in various organisations. Prior to that she worked with Parklands Baptist Church and School, Nairobi; International Livestock Research Institute, Nairobi; US Army Medical Research Unit – The Walter Reed Project, Kericho; and World Vision International \u2013 Somalia Program among others.<\/p>\n
Jennifer holds a Master of Business Administration in Strategic Management from Kenyatta University; Post-Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM) Kenya; and a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resource Management from the University of Nairobi, Kenya.<\/p>\n
In her free time, Jennifer enjoys creative writing, reading and hiking.<\/p>\n
