Chifuniro joins AFIDEP as a Project & Administrative Officer and will provide support including administration, monitoring project budgets, tracking project implementation, and coordination of project team meetings, under the office of the Director of Research & Policy.<\/p>\n
Prior to joining AFIDEP, she worked with Alliance of Bioversity and International Centre for Tropical Agriculture as Senior Coordinator for projects, managing Malawi Seed Industry Development Project funded by Irish Aid and Africa RISING funded by US Missions. She also worked with Mwanza and Zomba District Agriculture Offices as a Farm Business Management Officer, World Fish Zambia as an Intern, University of Malawi, Centre for Agricultural Research and Development (CARD) as Data Analyst and Research Associate and University of Malawi, Bunda College of Agriculture as a Research Associate.<\/p>\n
She holds a Master of Science in Research Methods from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Agribusiness Management.
