However, gaps were identified that undermine full realization of the benefits of using evidence to inform decision-making, namely adoption and adaption.\u00a0<span class=\"s1\">This issue brief highlights interventions under the Heightening institutional capacity for government use of health research (<a href=\"\/?programme=the-heightening-institutional-capacity-for-government-use-of-health-research-high-res-fr\">HIGH-Res<\/a>) project (led by AFIDEP) to address<\/span> the gaps identified in the baseline survey.
